  A week at Sanibel Arms West is good for the soul. We loved our time at the beach and pool. The condo was a perfect spring break get-away. The only part of our trip that wasn't spot on were the sheets on the bed. They were not at all comfortable and cozy; they were scratchy.
  
  We've been to SAW three times and won't stay anywhere else. It's definitely paradise.

  Overall, we enjoyed our stay at SAW, the staff is always very accommodating & did their very best to resolve our concerns. They gathered all the extra items we needed to feel comfortable in the apartment. We were the 1st occupants, & it was missing quite a bit, which is to be expected. Regarding the apartment interior: we were unhappy with the quality of the sofa. It was uncomfortable to sit on and the sofa bed was simply awful. The washing machine/dryer were too large for the space, (didn't seem to be meant for stacking). My mother needed to stand on a step stool (which was very unsafe at her age)to reach the controls on the dryer, she couldn't read the control buttons easily due to her height, neither could I,(I am 5'1" tall). The kitchen layout was good, but the refrigerator didn't fit the space (too small a size) & the inside was very small as well which made it hard to find food. The dishwasher didn't clean the dishes well unless they were completed cleaned of any food. The master bedroom has a very comfortable bed, but we constantly hit our legs on the bed frame corners. The master bedroom lacks storage for clothing (draws) and lacks a bench/chair to sit on. The only place to sit was on the toilet. The 2nd bedroom had ample storage but would also benefit from a chair. The bed was not as comfortable as the other. The master bathroom desperately needs some type of shelving for storage. We appreciated the TV's in all the rooms. The best part of the apt. were the two recliners which were used nightly to watch TV. For the amount it cost to rent for 1 month, we expected the accommodations to be much more comfortable, rather than the cheap furniture used, that was very disappointing. The patio desperately needs a shade to protect from the strong afternoon sun. We enjoyed being at SAW but were dissatisfied with the quality of the accommodations. We hope this gets changed.
