Unit H1 has everything you need for a delightful stay at the beach. This corner unit has been carefully restored and tastefully decorated with cheerful Florida colors, custom all-wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a separate beverage refrigerator. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for beach entertaining and multiple guests. The kitchen window even has a custom stained glass panel to remind you of the beach. Watch the 65 inch TV in the living room from the comfort of the swivel recliner, or watch on the 32 inch TVs in each bedroom. The master bedroom has a foam mattress and extra storage under the bed, along with a built-in dresser. The second bedroom also has foam mattresses and a dresser. The beach is five minutes away, and the view from the lanai encompasses the campus landscaping and the Gulf. All tile floors ensure easy cleaning and comfort. Dine comfortably outside on the lanais furnished with 6 chairs, dining table, ceiling fan and chaise lounge.

The property managers / maintenance were flexible and quick to respond when we needed a late checkout and had a minor issue with the coffee maker. I can't say enough positive things. It was a great weekend getaway for my girls and I. We loved it.

  Great to be back for an extended stay! Dedicated staff have helped SAW recover from massive storm damage. Familiar faces here to greet you - Ken, Lloyd, Tania, Leslie, Becky. Sandy beach with sturdy beach chairs, great pool and grills, smiling faces and happy people. Units are spotless and very equipped for your enjoyable stay? Washers and dryers very convenient.   We were annual visitors to Sanibel Arms West until Covid and then Hurricane Ian. When we saw the post that Sanibel Arms was accepting reservations, we immediately booked a week. While they are still working on recovery from Ian, the overall experience was very relaxing and enjoyable. The unit (H-1) is totally renovated, and "exceeded expectations"in decor, layout, stocking of kitchen, and overall ambience. Not sure if this is due to the unit owner or Sanibel Arms management, but our compliments to whoever should get credit. We had a couple of "punch list" type maintenanc items, which were corrected immediately.
