  The manager, Leslie was awesome during our recent stay. We had rented a beach front condo, but when we arrived the twin beds were too high for our friends. We left a message on voice mail on Sunday, assuming the issue wouldn't be resolved until Monday. However, Leslie returned the call immediately and moved us to another condo. It wasn't beach front, but the condo was perfect (K-4). It was close to the pool and workout room. We liked it so well that when we return next year, we plan to reserve that one again. We have returned to Sanibel Arms West for over 20 years, and we love it!
