  We rented L8 over Easter break and it was everything we could have asked for and more. We have been coming to Sanibel Island for over 20 years and have stayed in many places. This was one of our most favorite stays. L8 is fully updated with a great layout. The kitchen was fully equipped making it great to make dinners in. We loved the beach towels and chairs making getting to the beach an absolute breeze. I am hopeful we will be back very soon.

  Sanibel Arms West is a great place for a family spring break. They have recovered well over the last few years and everything is new and up to date. Clean units, well maintained. The only downside was the front office staff during the reservations process. They were a little slow and don't seem at all interested in earning your business. My credit card transaction didn't go through, and I got a cancelation notice rather than a call. I was easy to fix, but a little annoying. Overall a great place for a family to have a quiet spring break right on the beach.

  It was great to be back staying in Unit L8 after a hurricane Ian hiatus. Sanibel Arms West has been beautifully rebuilt and L8 remains a very choice unit. Sanibel Arms West is located on a lovely gulf front property and is well managed and maintained. The owners of L8 obviously take pride in providing a comfortable and tastefully furnished place for their guests. While there is not a wide open gulf view, the partial view of the water in two directions is very nice to have. We'll definitely reserve L8 for our next stay at SAW!
